- Condition of Product: Given the perishable nature of raw cacao beans and raw or roasted cacao nibs, we only accept returns if the product is defective or significantly different from its description on our website.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Perishable Goods: Opened packages of raw cacao beans and/or raw or roasted cacao nibs cannot be returned, as they are perishable goods.
